At DCD Landscaping Inc, we stand behind our workmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your landscape project. This Warranty Policy outlines what is covered and for how long.
We guarantee all labor for
1 year (12 months)
from project completion date.
Covers defects in installation or craftsmanship (e.g., uneven pavers, poor grading).
Does not cover damage caused by:
Acts of nature (severe storms, flooding, etc.)
Neglect or improper maintenance
Third-party interference
Trees and shrubs are guaranteed for
90 days
from installation.
Perennials and annuals are not warrantied.
Replacement only (no refunds) if plants die under normal care conditions.
Does not cover:
Damage from animals, pests, or disease
Improper watering/fertilization
Extreme weather conditions
Retaining walls, patios, and walkways:
3 years
Covers structural integrity issues (e.g., settling, shifting)
Does not cover:
Natural weathering/color fading
Damage from salt, chemicals, or power washing
Movement caused by soil erosion or lack of proper drainage
Contact us within
30 days
of noticing the issue.
Provide:
Original contract/proof of service
Photos of the concern
We will inspect and determine if covered under warranty.
Approved claims will be repaired at no cost (or prorated for older claims).
Modifications made by others after our work is completed
Changes to grade or drainage by property owner
"Acts of God" (extreme weather, natural disasters)
Our maximum liability is limited to the original contract price. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
